KCMCO high speed spring coiling machines are designed to process wires of a wide range of diameters and provide high-speed forming of various springs, including compression spring, tension spring, torsion spring. Our CNC multi-axis spring formers are designed with today’s demanding challenges in mind and are optional in 5, 6, 8, 2/3 axes for diverse customer needs. Optional length detection unit with high-definition camera is also provided.

- KCT-540 5-Axis high speed CNC spring coiler is capable of processing wires with a diameter of 1.6-4.5mm. It is characterized by one-minute forming, fast speed, high accuracy and low noise, which reduces adjusting time and wire cost.

- 6-Axis high speed spring coiler is used to produce compression spring with wire diameters of 3.0-8.0 mm or 2.0-6.0mm.
